Title: The Patriot


I am a survivalist, Gun smith, and metal worker. I am a apprentice in my gun making skills and am under a teacher as of now. I can make fully functional guns but they won't be factory grade.
Im a full blown Patriot. I love this great country. The USA is the most powerful, free, country ever. I enjoy my rights and Freedom and will die before they are taken away. All my rights are worth dying for! If you try to take my guns you'll have to get past it first. Then pry it from my cold dead hands. I feel very strongly about my rights and my Freedom.
Im also a survivalist and I prepare for apocs like nuclear war, zed war, or any other one. If you have anything bad to say about our military men and woman you better leave it at the door because I have no respect for sh1t like you.

Got anyone I want to take with me? Just my 3 survival buddies, and possibly my family. Not that I don't like them but they are very far away from me.

How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? CB radio thats in my truck.
How am I planning to get food and water? I have about a 4 month supply of water and a 4 month supply of top ramen, cup of noodles, and some MREs (Meals Ready to Eat) ready for situations this massive. I also have 1 month of food and water in my truck. Then Ill just scavenge what I can, then farm or trade.

This is a house I plan to build post SHTF. This is about 65% under the ground. Some people may think that this would make everything inside colder because earths crust is colder the deeper you get. Yet Mother earth is also the supreme leader when it comes to insulation. I plan to have a small chimney so I can cook my food and warm my house during the winter. This would of course take time to build. Because it is underground it is well hidden from the naked eye, especially with a small amount of time put into camoflage it.

So as some of you may know I was part of our little rpg colony simulation. I was our gunsmith and one day I suddenly vanished from the site. Heres and explanation. I have a bad immune system equated to that of a cf (cystic fybrosis) child. And most doctors actually thought/"knew" I had cf. Long story short. They never really figured it out until 12 years later when I was 12. Basiclly that day when I left I had quite a seziure the night of. From that day on my health was at an all time low. And considering my all time low is near death (seriously no exatgeration) it was bad. As of today I felt well enough after 2 - 4 months of being gone to come back. Sooooo ummm Hi. Also what ever happened to our "colony" did we all die?

Hey your a gun smith cool. I'm a machinist, mostly CNC these days, and I was wondering if there were any good books you recommend on the subject of gun smithing.
