'I study the human body human body enough to shut down it's mechanics"- Carnack
About Me:

I study human physiology in my spare time (yeah, yeah I'm a geek) as my father is a doctor and it has always interested me. I have learned/been taught various survival skills and have dabbled in improvised explosives (though by no means am I an expert) I am a decent shot and keep fit (6'0 143lbs) I hike regularly and have done a 10 day trek over 102 miles with a 65-70 pound pack. I used to study Jujutsu but I never really got to serious about it, though I DO credit it with teaching discipline and basic fighting skills and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone interested in martial arts. My father served in Vietnam and taught me basic shooting skills when I was little.
My Survival Plan:
My “handle” should you look for you on the radio waves or web: A-Don
My location: Hopefully away from the the zombies and raiders.....
Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? Be prepared and stockpile/fortify if they pop up somewhere else but enact my Z-day plan if they reach my location.
Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? Try to bug out asap but if that is impossible wait for the worst to pass (i.e. zombie vs human rioting/major street combat) to die down.
If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? Use my car I can modify for more carry space and can add protection to.
GOING TO AVOID THIS:
>>>>>>>>> http://www.zombiesurvivalwiki.com/page/The+Panic <<<<<<<<<<
Got anyone I want to take with me? Certain friends and family that I could pick up quickly.
How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? Use radios I have and try to get back to civilization once I feel it's viable, but avoid people as much as possible, desperate survivors can be as dangerous as zeds.
How am I planning to get food and water? I know various survival skills and have the available tools for getting clean water and food in addition to hunting but should those for some reason be no longer a choice forage for food and water.
What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? Weapon of choice would be my Glock 17 9mm and Colt 1911 .45 ACP because they are reliable but also fairly accurate. I prefer 9mm because of its widespread availability, high ammunition capacity and small size, but the Colt provides undeniable stopping power and damage per shot. As far as submachine guns I have only ever shot a Mac-10 once (though many would call it a machine pistol it's the closest I've gotten) so while I wouldn't pass it up if I found it I would feel more comfortable with a carbine or assault rifle as I have practiced a more with and am somewhat familiar with them. I have been shooting rifles (bolt action and semi-automatic) since I was 12 and consider myself a decent shot with them. I currently have a BAR Longtrac .300 Win Mag rifle that I hunt with. My "choppy choppy" of choice is my T-hanger "The Hoss" Machete from Cabelas.
Got a survival philosophy? Common sense coupled improvisation are not to underestimated. Knowledge is power.
Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? If I feel I can trust them and can contribute to our survival I would be willing to stay with them. Safety in numbers as well as the conversation. No hotheaded people either, staying calm equals staying alive.
Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? I wouldn't say it's based off any specific story. I would try to move to a secure location and maybe set up camp for as long as I feel it is safe. If possible i would try to study what is causing people to become zombies.
