Hey, I think you're super!1

I Annihalatrix, retain the rights to the following text, but permit all to read, use, and provide criticism. 2-8-09

When I started thinking way too much about zombies:
One night at my friends house, we were playing Alone in the Dark, and i popped out the question "Say, if like, zombies started taking over, what would you do?" and ever since, whenever I enter a building I immediately check it for anti-zombie suitability.

What started my zombie fixation:
Max Brooks and the bible he wrote.

Favorite zombie book:
Zombie Survival Guide?

Favorite zombie movie:
Dawn of the Dead (new one)

Favorite quote in any zombie movie:
"JUST BLOW ITS GOD DAMN HEAD OFF"

My score and score summary on the non-lame zombie survival test:
Z+ Bitch

My Z-Day Plan

First off, Equipment is necessary so lemme' take you through the run down.

WEAPONS-

Arms

home - Zombie Survival & Defense Wiki

The Springfield M1A SOCOM II or aka. "Beautiful" lol. With a 16 inch barrel and a 10 shot clip, its a happy medium for C.Q.B. and semi-long range. Also has an extended picatinny rail for those extra goodies like lights, lasers, and sights.

fn_sg_tactical.jpg
The FN Police Tactical Shotgun. Truthfully, nothing groundbreaking but a great overall package. Lightweight, room for all your favorite accessories, and can load 8 shots at your leisure. Perfect for when your Zed friends are helping you redefine the concept of "personal space".

My best friend, the Beretta Storm PX4. Not to be confused with the CX4, which is carbine. A very versatile 9 mm that in the hands of the skilled can easily drop Zed from a safe distance.

The Springfield XD Subcompact. A last line of defense, 10 slugs that could potentially save my life. Easily carried and easily concealed in the event of capture (raiders, cultists, other people I'd rather not deal with). Overall, simply a final lifeline.

Melee.

A 24 inch sharpened Cold Steel Machete. Perfect for removing the lid of a particularly annoying Zed.

Why wouldn't I want a FUBAR? Not only is it an 8 in 1 tool, in a pinch this demo bar can leave a Zed F***ed Up Beyond All Repair.

  • Vehicle access
  • Rural landscape
  • Close to town
  • Music wing (bulletproof/soundproof doors)
  • Many things that can be broken down for parts
  • Nearly UNLIMITED storage
(always room for a traveling ZSDW member,

Your Name: Your "handle" should we look for you on the radio waves or web: Annihalatrix, CB channel 21
Your location: Illinois

Tell us:

Is your plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere?
Just outside my current city.

Will you be staying in your home or headed somewhere else?
I will be headed to, as stated the High School. Once there immediate barricading of the immediate entrances/exits.
Once more permanent barricading over all but 1 entrance is sufficient then we can worry about other things.

If you're heading out, how do you plan to get there?
By truck, since it's across the city and there are many stops to make in between, its more than necessary. Yes the truck is loud, but at the initial mass hysteria i couldn't be quieter. Also The truck would need to stop at gas stations, home improvement stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, and of course the local gun range.

Got anyone you want to take with you?
Yes actually. I have a a team of my closest most intelligent friends. We've gone over this numerous times and i have full confidence in they're common sense.

How will you communicate with the outside world, or do you plan to go the hermit route?
A little of both. I will be reluctant to take in any more people than i have to for obvious reasons (stain on supplies, security risks, unknown mental state). But exceptions apply to people with skills and supplies I may desperately need, or they could be friendlies from ZSDW. Joking aside If you want safe haven with us, you must bring something to the table.

How are you planning to get food and water?
Abandoned markets are ideal for restocking. Due to the immense size of my base, I will have no problem clearing out and storing food and water pallets at a time.

Got a survival philosophy?
I can't help others unless I can help myself.

Are you willing to hook up with other survivors?
Maybe.

Is your plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist we may have heard of?
A compilation of my own ideas and pretty much everything I've ever read/seen.
