My location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia
Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? Its mainly dependent on me knowing first and having at least a few days for preparation, but i can work around having short notice. This is mainly because Australia is pretty isolated and with very strict immigration laws especially in Perth which is the most isolated city in the entire world, so it would take awhile for the disease to get here.
Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? I'm heading out in the hills of Western Australia to build my outpost (im in the process of purchasing the land.
If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? Hopefully by my dads 4x4 or my bike, or car when i finally get one.
Got anyone I want to take with me? I'm taking my friends and family
How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? I plan to take a couple of my long range walkie talkies and base radio for my communication purposes.
How am I planning to get food and water? I will hunt and raise a variety of livestock for food and grow vegetables and fruit in a garden within my outpost and i will have a water well within my mini fort for my water supply or boil water from a nearby river.
What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? My weapon of choice is my Bow and Arrows, survival knife, and solid plastic hocky stick, because here in Australia guns are really restricted unless we have a very good reason for it, and if we do need one there are very tight restrictions on what you can get, usually your only allowed hunting rifles that are non-semiauto.
Got a survival philosophy? When **** hits the roof, I hit the road.
Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? Sure if they can pull their own.
Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? No.
