What started my zombie fixation:
Reading zombie survival guides on an instruct-able site and thinking dear Gods someone must be prepared.

Not really read any apart from good old Max Brooks.

Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere?
Hopefully not be starting off close but if it does I'm hoping also that it'll be adaptable to most situations
Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else?
A period of fortification in my home while I contact people my travel may be limited depending on the timing of the outbreak worst case I'm planning for is having to leave the house though that may be necessary.
If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there?
On foot I don't drive
Got anyone I want to take with me?
localised family members numbering 13 depending on who I can reach and who I can contact
How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route?
Mainly by radio for I'm assuming there will be little or no chance of mobile phone use at that point
How am I planning to get food and water?
Stockpiled food and bottled water at home plus extras for venturing out if needed
What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? Hopefully not needed I'm planning on as little contact as possible with anyone hostile and plan to evade or bypass anyone I encounter I will be taking my machete and crowbar along, firearms are a little difficult to acquire in the UK think I may look into applying for a gun license to purchase a couple of the better rifles I can find
Got a survival philosophy?
not really, the survival of myself and my daughter is not really a philosophy just something I'm trying to make sure happens
Am I willing to hook up with other survivors?
yes any people along the way or people in contact would be a bonus we're all in this together anyone tagging along considered reckless will not be tolerated
Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of?
its just a collection of ideas I think work, mostly from reading other peoples plans.
