EDC includes shorts + gym shoes, towel; vaccum flask, survival kit (made my own out of a glass food container 4 x 6 x 4 cm -contains matches, drugs, wire, fishing string, hook, 2 pieces of hard candy, pain killers, anti histamines, flashlight, cotton buds, kfc wipes, safety pins, AA battery, needle, ear plugs, water purifing tablets); sanitary pads of various description -can be used as bandages; charger cable for iphone; wallet; contains a victorinox swiss card, pain killers, bandage & ID cards including a photocopy of first page of passport); nut or muesli bar; some chocolate; wet wipes; compass + whistle (with keys); 3D glasses; carabiner; sunscreen &/ insect repellant; soov; spare pair of new pantyhose in pack (there's about a million uses for pantyhose); small bottle of dettol (15ml); sunblock ... photo will be forthcoming
