When I started thinking way too much about Zombies:
this book I once read called "everything you need to know about monsters and still sleep at night" it had like 5 chapters on zombies that I studied fervently (is that a word)
What started my zombie fixation:well, I got bored and looked up zombies and after reading a couple things I saw just how possible (and probable) a zombie apocolypse is
Favorite Zombie book: World War Z
Favorite Zombie movie:
28 days later (even though those aren't technicly zombies[they're still alive])
Favorite quote in any zombie movie: "Oh, great Valium. Not only will we be able to go to sleep, if we get attacked in the middle of the night, we won't even care" 28 days later
My Zombie survival kit:(if I can get the stuff I need[might not be able to go get it after the zombie appocolypse starts])
- 12 gauge shotgun (pistol grip if possible if not I'll just make it a sawed off)
- two .22 handguns and 5 to 10 clips for both

- long range rifle (semi-auto or bolt action either one will work)
- assault rifle (probably need to get it a while after the appocolyps starts)
- ammo, not enough that it slows me down alot but enough that I can afford to squeeze off a few shots and not notice the ammo difference to quickly
- baseball bat
- machette
- heavy leather jacket (may not last long but it'll be bite proof for a while)
- sleeping bag
- 2 pairs of jeans (in case one gets to fucked up to wear)
- 3 t-shirts (camo)
- 3 long sleeve t-shirts (camo again)
- cold weather gear
- multi-tool
- hammer
- nails, lots of nails of different sizes
- lock pick set (I'll need to practice with it but it'll be usesful after I get good)
- small (3 foot) pry-bar (for prying stuff or to bash some zed skulls)
- set of tranquilizer darts that can fit in either the .22 or the rifle (for panicky people)
- safety glasses
- my normal glasses (2 pairs if possible)
- a pair of aviators sunglasses (if I die I wanna die looking good)
- steel toe boots
- pocket knife (to cut stuff other then zombies)
- hand-held GPS (to not get lost) (rechargeable or with replaceable batteries)
- simple first-aid kit
- bomber hat (keeps your ears warm and looks good on me)
- gloves (winter and hand protecting variety)
- several paperback books (so I don't go insane from boredom
- deck of cards (so I can play poker and rummy)
- cigarettes (to trade for more important goods)
- whiskey/rum(same as above, it can also be pored on [non zombie related] wounds to keep them from getting infected)
- zippo
- 2 sets of extra flints for zippo
- 3 bottles of butain
- duct tape (or electrical tape either one will work)
- 3 days worth of M.R.E. meals (that's right, "Meals Rejected by Etheopian")
- knife sharpener
- 1,000 dollars cash (in case anyone's stupid enough to think money still means shit)
- some wire (not for wiring, just because it's stronger then twine)
- laser pointer (to point out places from a distance, and to see if zombies will follow it)
- mace (to use on hostile survivors if I don't have a gun on me)
- tennis shoes (faster to run in then boots)
- several gas cans (more for deisel to run generators then gasoline)
- 5 feet of rubber hose (to get gass from cars I find along the way)
- 3 pairs of socks
- hat with a wide rim (camo)
- survival book
- derringer (easily conceilable hand gun single shot)
- gas mask
- fishing line, hooks, possibly a lure (I wanna go fishing but I'm not lugging a fishing pole around with me(to easy to break))
if zombies don't exist that's great, if they do I'm going to survive, if I don't I'm going out with a bang
