About Me:
When I started thinking way too much about zombies: at around 13-14
What started my zombie fixation: World War Z/ Romero movies.
Favorite zombie book: World War Z
Favorite zombie movie: Romero.
Favorite quote in any zombie movie: I'd say the classic Boomstick but I'm sure everyone uses that :P

My Survival Plan:
My “handle” should you look for you on the radio waves or web: Volund
My location: Florida.
Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? Anywhere.
Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? Probably leave though I'll go where I'm needed/ safest.
If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? Car if roads aren't blocked. Otherwise bike or Motorcycle.
Got anyone I want to take with me? Whoever I find useful.
How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? Radio or internet if it's still up. Otherwise hermit til things settle.
How am I planning to get food and water? Heat ocean water if possible to purify or drink when given the chance. Canned food or animals I find.
What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that?
Mace, axe, or knives for CQB, Handguns or rifles for firearms. Also, slingshots are an odd interest of mine.
Got a survival philosophy? When SHTF, protect your life at all costs.
Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? If I benefit from it, though fi anyone tries taking my things I will execute if necessary. I will share if asked but I don't take kindly to force.
Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? It's based on what most likely real zombies would be like. Either Ragers or shamblers though they'd be man-made almost definitely.
What is my weapons load-out?
1. Winchester Model 1200 police 12 ga. w/ Winchester proof steel.
2. Ruger P95 9mm w/ stainless steel slide.
3. Smith & Wesson model 686-1 .357 revolver.
4. Longbow
5. USN MK 3 MOD 0 combat/survival knife.

I included up to 20 because people still consider 18 and 19 kids compared to older people. I couldn't find a good place to put this so I started my own :P. Anyway, the fact of the matter is that those of us who are young or LOOK young, we will get the same if not less if and when the ZPOC happens. Unfortunately, most(not all) adults will assume that they have better judgement and this may even mean trying to take our weapons, our means of defense, thinking they could use them better. I advise that those of us should try to find groups similar to people of our ages as to avoid this. I'm not saying avoid adults but I for one am not going to join a group, just to have some 40 something tell me to give them my guns because "They aren't toys". I may be 15 but I have been shooting for quite a while, not to mention practiced the building and use of improvised weapons(This is what happens when parents won't get their kids BB Guns) and can shoot accurately at least 40 yards with a 9mm, and even farther for some reason with .45s. I don't mean if an adult tries to make you hand it over shoot them, but if they try taking away your means of defending yourself do what is necessary. All of us would like a good group, but we are still out to protect ourselves and I doubt any of us would be willing to give away our weapons. Lending them out to your group when you're hands are full is your choice, but don't let them take away your weapons by force based on the fact they're older. SO after going off topic mostly, people 20- should stick to groups of either people their age or adults that understand you need to defend yourself and won't try taking your supplies "because they know better".

This particular knife was given to my grandpa by his friend who was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He had apparently taken it off a downed fellow soldier(apparently a Navy Seal) but I have yet to find any information on this particular knife. No brand markings just MK3 MOD 0 on the blade and sheath and 2V376 also on the blade. Anyone know anything about it?
