My Survival Plan: My “handle” should you look for you on the radio waves or web: Knuxz My location: San Antonio, Texas Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? Anywhere I can live. Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? At first, i'll waiting out the initial outbreak in my home, but barricaded. Go brick walls and expensive (>.>) double paned windows! If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? Any way possible. Most likely a bicycle. I have one available to me at both of my homes. I ride it to school every day. Almost always have one near. If better mode of transportation is available, such as a vehicle, it will be taken, but with my bike in back. Wouldn't mind rolling out in a '67 Shelby Mustang GT500. Beautiful cars they are. Got anyone I want to take with me? Anyone that can hold their own. Brother. Mother. Father. Grandmother. Granny. Etc. How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? CB/Walkie-Talkie/Ham/Etc Though currently, i only have walkie talkies. I have been studying for a month or so now, and have a decent understanding of HAM, i will be taking a test within the month. How am I planning to get food and water? At first, I'll have the food that we have lots of, due to Sam's Club membership. Most is easy to make, without power, but taste better if power is available. I also have some good types of seeds in an airtight container. What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? N/A Got a survival philosophy? You can't be too kind, you need to be able to turn people down. Being too nice will get you killed. Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? If they can help the group. Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? Nope. If i were to close and lock the window, shut my blinds, and pull my curtain light doesn't escape my room. Even with my main light on. Now though if bugging in, i will block it up somehow, that will help. I'll probably be wearing something similar to this post-z day. I might have some light armor, but not much. I don't wanna be weighed down. Plus, i almost always wear pants, even in the dead of Texas summer. Get it? Dead? I prefer comfy and durable, to weighty, itchy, and super durable. This is one of the two backpacks i will choose between. It consist of two large pockets, closest to the body, one medium one, the two small on the sides, with bottle holders on both, then the pockets in front. It's hardy, as it has withstood middle school. I have gotten it muddy and wet from rain, washed, perfect condition. I ride my bike to school all the time, and it survives the elements. Nice extra padding for the wearer, and to keep it away from being worn and torn. Two large pockets, a small one, a single water bottle holder, then a secret pocket. It's currently fulfilling it's main objective as a laptop bag, but can be emptied on a moments notice. As you can see, it's built HP tough. XD
