About Me: ActiveDuty/ now RETIRED Military. Acquired unique skill sets over the years. I've worn a uniform most of my life (cub scout, Weblos, boy scout, Civil Air Patrol, ROTC, Active duty). Leadership (followership), survival mentality and planning ingrained. Trained to lead (and have led) at strategic, operational and tactical levels. The photos on this page come from a time when I led up to 25 as the Opposing Force Commander (OPFOR) against USAF security forces, downed pilots, US Army Rangers and Special Forces. I was slated to lead about 75 against the 82nd Airborne (in a force on force exercise, 75+me against 1200 of them, about even) until I was shut down. Those were 'extra-cirricular' activities and not my primary ( or secondary or teritary) job (as a war plans officer for a Fighter Wing) and entirely on my own initiative. I was too good at what I did. Also, since it was before 9-11-01, the enlightened 'leadership' didn't give two ***** about counter-terrorism at that time. {Post 2001, all of a sudden, there were 'experts' everywhere} Having a Plan 'Z' just seems natural. If either of these flags are flying, many will be dying When I started thinking way too much about zombies: hard to think of a time when I didn't. What started my zombie fixation: seeing Vincent Price in "Last Man on Earth" then "Night of the Living Dead" as a pre-teen ( a long time ago) Favorite zombie book: none at this time Favorite zombie movie: hard to rack and stack, probably "Dawn of the Dead" remake but I also love 'Quarantine'. I still go with (Fine) Wine, Women and Weapons since Crushing my Enemies is a given. comment
