Why do you need animal tranquilizers(Ketamine), and sleep meds? Most likely in a total zombie outbreak, you will be super tired in a week, and will fall asleep at the drop of a dime.

you need to rethink your bug out bag a little.

also why the condoms in the wallet?

It has been proven that storing condoms in a wallet damages them(from the constant body heat, and physical stress)

I don't know, I can think of some reasons to have pain killers and sleep meds (Ketamine is also used on humans). The most obvious is for personal use in case of serious injury, but they would also prove useful in trading.

As for the condoms, you're right, they should be stored somewhere else. Maybe the cigarettes as well.

Like maricely says, ket is also used on humans. Its incredibly effective as a painkiller if someone gets badly wounded. It's also a moral booster if people get depressed. It makes the user incredibly stupid whilst they're on it, but mostly they just lie down and enjoy it, as moving is difficult and not fun at all.
Also, i have mild insomnia, to explain the sleep meds.

Condoms live in my wallet, but after zhunters advice i may change this, thanks! Cigarettes have always lived in my pocket, i used to smoke full time and it doesn't take long to learn not to put them in a back pocket where they get crushed.

Don't know, sorry. They're at my parents house, i'm at my uni flat.
I was given them to take home after staying in hospital for 2 nights with quinsy (kinda like reallly p|ssed off tonsilitis thats spread).
Now i think about it, i dont think the packets still full, my brother may have taken some for his slipped disc.
Next time im home i will try to remember to check for you, MrMan.

Just wondering what the strength is, whether its 5 mg, 7.5 mg, or 10 mg.

Sleep meds are quite understandable.

When zombies start eating people, people watch their loved ones die then have to kill them, it will really **** people up. Constant danger of being found and eaten yourself will not help one sleep either, even if you are physically safe it will still be on your mind, tormenting you.
