I would want the freedom of a playing area as big as Grand Theft Auto with the ability to go through the game and complete goals or whatever in more than one way. Why shoot all those zombies surrounding your girlfriend in her apartment when you could steal a garbage truck, ram all the zombies out of the way, and have her jump into the back which you filled with 5 mattresses stacked ontop of each other.
