When I started thinking way too much about Zombies: Is when I have nothing else to do as I am sitting at the computer. Some time out of no were I just start thinking about the "What if it happened to cause a Zombie invasion."

What started my zombie fixation: The old B rated '50 & '60 movies.

Favorite Zombie book: Max Brooks: Zombie Survival Guide

Favorite Zombie movie: The original Night of the Living Dead is my favorite but I like most of the other Zombie movies to.

Favorite quote in any zombie movie: "Zombies man, they freak my out." from Land of the Dead.

Survival Plan: First get some general supplies to hold over for awhile hop in my truck and meet my crew at the compound. After gathering the rest of our supplies from the vehicle we fuel the vehicles and prepare them just in case we have to leave in a hurry. After that how knows, "Only history can tell if we will make it, the rest is up to us to decide."

This is my secondary weapon good old .44 mag. and it is damn accurate.

stoeger.jpg Big Bang... picture by 45coltreloading

Sawn-off 12 gauge.
Hell you have to clear a room some how.

Dragunov

This is my primary weapon, Russian Dragunov sniper rifle they are extremely accurate at long-range and add the fact of a 10 shot mag it's a pretty good rifle.

pump40e.jpg Big Bertha!! picture by 45coltreloading

This is Big Bertha, a 4 shot pump action 40mm grenade launcher.
Good for busting up large groups of Zeds, taking out raiders, and making a get away path through even the thickest walls for when you find yourself trapped.

We can't forget to carry a knife, this should work fine...

Now here are some easy to get vehicles to get for the U.S. (I am not sure of what kind of vehicles are in the Australia.) :

home - Zombie Survival & Defense Wiki

This is a 1978 Chevy truck, these are found all over and are good vehicles for troop support.

home - Zombie Survival & Defense Wiki

This is a 1955 Peterbilt semi-truck, these truck are all over the world and this one is actually an Australian semi. These truck are durable and can carry more then you will ever need. If you have the chance find one with a Caterpillar engine, this engine make this truck almost impossible to stop.

If you or someone in your group can fly and you have access to fuel get a Hue Helicopter. They can be used to scout, patrol, gather supplies, and to evacuate your compound if the undead find their way in.
