My score and score summary on the non-lame zombie survival test: I scored 62% survivability and 69% kickass-ability. Worse then I'd expect, but 'eh I bet I did better then some people. I took it again and this time got 72% survivability and 62% kickass-ability My story is "Life; is it worth saving? Please stop sending me stuff about voting as I don't really care. THIS USER NO LONGER WANTS MESSAGES NOT INVOLVING HIM Weapons HK416, H&K's version of the AR15, great because of it's new gas system. Tools Stuff Comments on why will be written in the future. Ok... This game is a little like WoW as in you have combat pets, chests with items in them, classes, hostile & friendly NPCs, maybe even a BG where you can earn points and/or prizes. You can create groups and can attack people who aren't in your group (I'd suggest inviting them, not killing them). Maybe even become or control a zombie(s). Classes *Hunter-Has a pet hunting dog or huntng falcon, scoped bolt action hunting rifle, knife, some armor, and starts with +5 in all weapons skills. Best solo player. Also has +5 resilience, limited healing, and even limited stealth. Starts with 6 slot bandolier and 5 slot backpack. Also does not start with money. Has a +10 in accuracy *Dude-Hapless Hero sort of person. Starts with a Beretta Tomcat and a folding blade of reasonable length. Has only the clothes on his back. Has +1 resilience. Starts with $100. Horrible solo player, best with groups 3+. Has 2 slot bandolier and 10 slot backpack. Has a +1 in accuracy. Has a 2 slot bandolier. Plus +1 in accuracy. *Police Officer-Another good solo player. Has night stick, riot shield, .45 caliber Smith & Wesson mod. 5906, and Mossberg shotgun. Has +10 resilience and good armo, though -10 points faster then the dude class, and -5 points faster then the hunter because of all the armor. Has +5 in all weapons. Has a +5 in accuracy. Starts with a 5 slot backpack, only 2 slot bandolier. Plus +10 in accuracy. Knows how to convert semi-automatic rifles into fully-auto ones. *Dungeon Master-The type of person who knew this day would come. Has heavy Medeival Western Europe/Sci-fi armor giving you heavy and a 2 handed claymore. Is -15 points then the dude class, -10 then the hunter class, and -5 points faster then the Police Officer. Has a 20 slot backpack and no bandolier as you start with no ranged weapon. Has -1 resilience and Plus -1 in accuracy.. Starts with $200 *Soldier-Combo class of the hunter & police officer. Starts with semi-automatic AR15 combat knife, 9mm Beretta F92, +5 in all weapons skills. Plus +5 in accuracy., and +5 resilience, good armor, and still tied with the dude class in terms of speed. Gets a 10 slot bandolier, 5 slot backpack. *Crazy Redneck-You didn't expect zombies, you expected this sort of mass chaos to happen because of communists or minorities. Starts with a semi-automatic AR15, double barreled shotgun, .357 Magnum, trench knife (you can punch and stab with this one), and 1 WW II Pineapple grenade. Can make improvised weapons such as pipe bombs, flame throwers, and others. Is +1 point faster then the dude class, basically armorless, +10 resilience, starts with no money, and + 3 in accuracy. Has a 20 slot badolier and 1 slot backpack. Knows how to convert semi-automatic rifles into fully-auto ones. *Criminal/Ex-con-Like the Redneck class, can make a myriad of improvised weapons. Starts with a semi-automatic AK-47, brass knuckles, switchblade, and a Beretta F92. +5 resilience, +3 accuracy, +1 point faster then the dude class, nearly armorless, starts with $20, and +3 accuracy. Has a 10 slot bandolier and 5 slot backpack. Knows how to convert semi-automatic rifles into fully-auto ones. Gameplay You start out today hiding either in the ruins of a building or behind a shed. Fight your way into the world, forging groups and getting stuff along the way. Basically you can buy stuff and eventually can buy a group bunkerhouse for you and your post-apocolyptic band (called guilds or clans in some other viedo games). There are places such as guns stores, Ye Olde Meelee Weapons shoppes, clothing outfitters (to change your look) and generic vendors who sell stuff such as ammo, food, and tools. In abandoned ones, there are lootable chests. Some might be locked, which in that case you have to look around the store for an item marked "pile of keys". Some stores might have hostile humans or zombies either in them, or they spawn at the last second before you open the chest. Creating "survivor bands" or joining them is highly advised as there are quests, battle grounds, places to loot, and even other groups' bunkerhouses to raid and/or claim for your own. Hunters Note:If your dog or hawk becomes infected, you can retame it, giving him much better attack speeds and resiliences. If you become infected, for 1 hour you can play as a zombie, then die. There are four types of zombies here *Undead-Shambling, slow, idiotic *Alive Drones-Slightly better off then the undead *Rage Zombies-Alive, fast, and pissed *Evil Type-Black skinned, hard to kill, very fast and strong, and doubtfully even human anymore. Note: Every once and awhile, the infamous vendor Mr.Wong will offer a quest to find the "Golden Katana of Jackie" which is one of the best meele weps out there, another is a Xiphos which can be looted from a musuem, and certain types of bayonets you can find. Note each of these 3 types of weapons are extremely rare, and can be looted from your person if dead. More to Come Hopefully!
