About Me: When I started thinking way too much about zombies: I don't, i think about them juuuuust the right amount What started my zombie fixation: any zombie film + cod waw Favorite zombie book: n/a Favorite zombie movie: too hard to choose Favorite quote in any zombie movie: "kill everything" My Survival Plan: My “handle” should you look for you on the radio waves or web: jessy jackson My location: Tennessee Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? nope Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? probably at home If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? drive Got anyone I want to take with me? any friends or family How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? see if i can find a radio How am I planning to get food and water? scrounge/grow What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? a remington 12 gauge tactical and citadel .45 ACP Ive just gone on a bit of a spree and bought an extra 100 shells, 200 .45 rounds, and a bandolier for the shotgun :D might get a light attatchment for the remington next. Any suggestions on a cheap assault rifle would be apreciated Update: just bought another sick looking knife. its got 2 blades, one coming out of each end of the handle, the foremost with a pronged tip and rigged spiked back, the rear thin and curved. also has 2 spikes for punching. i love it! i now have 4 knives i would be comfortable using on Z day. not that Z day will ever happen. Communist day might, but Zombie day is less likely. Got a survival philosophy? yes, live! Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? of course Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? dont think so... Gear Summary: If the SHTF, heres roughly how i'd be kitted out. Jeans, boots, leather jacket + leather gloves. Remington 870 slung round my shoulders, with my .45 pistol in its holster. Army sword at my belt, big hunting knife other side of my belt. A multi-tool (leatherman) and lighters in my pockets. A pouch bag with most ammo in at my hip, and a rucksack on my back. Rucksack: mini F.Aid kit, meds from cupboard (various painkillers, cold+flu meds, dihorrea +bowel movement meds, allergy pills, sleeping pills, various anti-biotics, vitamin supplements+ protein) water purification tabllets, sharpening pad, light sleeping bag and whatever water + food i could fit in after that. I'd also tie a light handsaw tied to the bag, along with a wind-up transformable torch/lantern I'd be quite weighed down by all of this if i needed to walk (which i think is likely) but it might all help me to survive.
