Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere?
Based on Zombies in my home town. I don't think that going abroad would be a good idea. I know the area and it's environment.

Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else?
My family can survive in our home for about 3-4 weeks. Depending if it's safe(r) outside after those weeks, we'll find another shelter.

If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? On foot

Got anyone I want to take with me? Wife, 2 kids and our dog (Labrador)

How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route?
Not planning to go the hermit route, but for the moment, I have no idea about communication. I do have a pair of walkie talkies, but they are not really safe to use...

How am I planning to get food and water? Looting, scaveging...by any means necessary

What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? Crossbow, manchette -and hopefully scavenge a good handgun, shotgun or rifle.

Got a survival philosophy? Keep a low profile, and avoid Zed's by any means.

Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? Yes, unless they try to leech upon the supplies. Should we encounter children that are lost or became orphan, we'll protect them as if they were our own.

Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? No.
