I have looked over the site and really like the B.O.B's listed here, what i havent yet seen is one that is vehicle mounted.
In my case, i have recently come into possession of a Nissan Patrol 4x4 wagon, and aside from it being unregisteredm it is in good condition. What im thinking is that i will be using it not only as a camping/hunting vehicle, but also as a mobile BOB. It has a roof rack, roo bar, snorkel, CB radio and plenty of room in the back.
Below is a list of everything i would keep in the car at all times (except the guns, but i can get them within 30 seconds, i have tested it today). The guns may not be as great as what you have available in the states but we have very restricive gun laws here.
Please let me know what you think, i have tried to stay semi-true to the BOB principle.
