My location: San Diego ( navy) in 2013 ill be out of the navy and probably head back to Maine
Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? my supplies are at home, hopefuly id know about the zombies before the infection and panic hits my town
Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? well currently im in the navy so ill probably be stuck doing what ever the navy wants me to do, i just hope we cast of the lines and go out to sea, when i get outa of the navy my SHTF scenario involves wilderness survival in the north Maine woods
If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? personal vehicle , it takes about 2 tanks of gas to get to my spot, i have 20 gallons in cans at all times at home
Got anyone I want to take with me? not in particular, if my family's nearby ill grab them, there's a a few others , but unless they are ready to go that moment i cant really wait for them
How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? Hermit route
How am I planning to get food and water? Hunting, foraging, water from a rain catch and water filtered from a fast flowing mountain stream.
What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? ive got an arsenal of 12 guns at home, the ones id probably take in the car are my German K98 firing 8mm Mauser, my M1A1 carbine firing .30 cal and my AR-15 firing 5.56 ( the K98 will mainly be used for hunting, save the carbine and AR-15 for zombies) i have a decent stockpile of ammo, will only engage if i have to, and im learning how to make reloads
Got a survival philosophy? Avoid society, let the rest of the world be zombie bait
Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? Assuming they arnt trying to take my stuff, possibly. some ones gonna have to rebuild human civilization, when that point comes the more the merrier
Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? Not that i know of
