How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route?Ill use a wind up radio and walkie talkie.
How am I planning to get food and water?Rain catch, grow plants.
What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that?An UZI or a Sniper Rifle if i can acquire them. Normally ill use a Machete, or a Katana (Assuming i can get one in america!)

Am I willing to hook up with other survivors?Yes.
Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? No but i will be moving base under the cover of darkness while the zombies are not attacking.

We all know that sooner or later we are going to have a massive Zombie uprising somewhere in the world. And weather it originates in New York or moves there after killing off the worlds defenders it will come here. New york has dozens of high rises - perfect sniping points, martial arts and self defense classes, and gun and weapon stores. This makes New York a prime candidate for a zombie uprising defense. Also at places such as Costco witch can hold several thousand people at a time have 12 foot thick walls and is a few hundred feet high. It is also loaded with around 22 years worth of food. It has a parking lot. There is one in Brookline, and one in Manhattan. If we hold out there (Or at the Jacub Javits, Abandend Warhouses, or Staples / macys / malls and superstores) we have a really good chance of surviving. (Plus at staples they have staple guns. Which are ausume!) We must stake claim to these locations now so as not to be homeless when the zombies chase us out! Fellow new Yourkians We must Unit to repell the Zombie Menice.
