Okay guys, in a few months I am going to be moving to Minneapolis Minnesota(a big city) to go to college for culinary

the problem I have with this is that it conflicts with my "if I cant make it i don't need it" strategy

what do you think I need to do to get over this?
and what are some things I(from a small town) should know about the city?
