I recently changed my job field from supply to police in the army. I have already been to military police school. Currently I am in a class to be certified to work the road at Fort Hood, Texas. On Friday we went to the range for familiarization on the Beretta M9 9mm pistol of which was my only second time to fire this particular weapon. I beat out people who have been shooting for years. After shooting broad paper targets of which I was only allowed one head shot (we are taught to take shots at center mass) but my shot groups were super tight we participated on some competition shooting involving these small metal pop-up targets of which were the size of small human baby heads and I totally blew them away. On the second and third time we had to run several meters, touch a designated spot, run back and deploy hot lead down range. By the way, the approximate effective range on my 9mm pistol is about 50 meters and the targets were less than half that distance away. Why am I posting this here on a zombie survival forum page? Because I totally rocked on the weapons range and in a Z break out it might help to be good with fire arms.
