when i watched return of the living dead and reading the walking dead comic book

no because there is a whole lot of rage cells in the body which causes freezing when staying long in cold areas and their blood could freeze and they could die of blood freeze or cell freeze a good advantage in a zombie apocalypse

if you get biten by a infected either kill them or transfuse them with a infected partner in your group or sit there and ket them kill you so this is a do or die thing or you can lock the infected guy or girl in a room until they die of starvation of brains or human body parts hope you find this helpful
