if you get biten by a infected either kill them or transfuse them with a infected partner in your group or sit there and ket them kill you so this is a do or die thing or you can lock the infected guy or girl in a room until they die of starvation of brains or human body parts hope you find this helpful 1  out of 1 found this valuable.
