About Me: When I started thinking way too much about zombies: I started to make an anti-zombie propoganda video for youtube.com While looking for info, i found this site. YAY!  Name: J.Current Occupation: Retail salesman Current Age: 20 What started my zombie fixation: A lot of friends back in highschool have had the "preparing for the zombie invasion" idea , and after having some "deep" conversations over games of Left 4 Dead and Nazi Zombies, I decided to make this anti-zombie video for youtube, which lead me here. Favorite zombie book: Currently World War Z and Day by Day Armageddon. Favorite zombie movie: A tie between 28 Days Later and Shaun of the Dead. Both are really good in my book. Favorite quote in any zombie movie: "AHHHHHH-(gurgle)!" ~ usually the last thing a zombie attack victim says in any zombie movie.  My Survival Plan: My “handle” should you look for you on the radio waves or web: Umm, I think having a "handle" persay is a little overrated and complicated. If im using the radio im just gona use my name, which makes since dont it? My location: Currently in Eastern Idaho. Im thinking of moving back to Alaska though, which is where I was born and grew up. Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? At first yes (stick with what you know) then later i might join another survior group or make my way to a good, long lasting anti-zombie fortress. You know, for a while my ideal BOL was Alcatraz Island lol. Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? Most likely headed somewhere else, being in the middle of a population cen ter is not a good place to be in the event of a zombie take over. If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? Car ot truck. If not availible, I'll hike if I have to, during the day whenever possible. Got anyone I want to take with me? A few good friends and some family if I can get to them. And help is always good, no matter where or who it comes from. How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? Most likely a hand-held radio or radio station. I doubt television will still be of much use. How am I planning to get food and water? At first most of my water will come from my place of residence. Currently I have enough clean water stored for 1 person to last what I think should be about 1.5 weeks. Hopefully the tap will remain on long enough so i can increase this amount in the event of an emergency. The food situation I have is a lil different. As of now I dont have enough space or ideal conditions to store enough food to sustain me in an emergency over an extended period. However, I do have enough room to store about 2 weeks(at about 2 mid-size meals per day) worth of powdered soup and caned meals. These are consiered emergency rations to be used after the normal stock is used up. What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? Well the only weapon I currently own is an old 7mm(pics soon!), but at the moment, however, Im also debating on whether to get a Mossberg 500 Persuader or a Benelli Supernova. Got a survival philosophy? "Take what you can, live where you can." -or- "When in doubt, run like hell." Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? Yes if it increases my chance of survival. Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? Thats right, you and your puny 18in one can both suck it Jason! Ammo bag: A cool looking backpack on the internet that can be feeled with more uber pwnage then Halo and COD combined! Head: Black Aviator sunglasses, Terminator 2 edition. Legs: Carbon fiber leg armor of coolness. Body: Tacti-kewl vest of pure awesum-sauce. Feet: size 11 mans street DCs. 'Dem shoes are styl'n! Sidekick: Raptor Jesus...He became extinct for our sins once, now His second coming is to save the planet from the zombie menace. Sidekick's weapon: Holy Golden Desert Eagle with infinite FMJ ammo cheat on. Vehicle: Soviet "Hind" class assault helicopter. Since my estranged uncle twice removed was in the Soviet army, he'll loan us one. I mean, I AM his nephew after all. Location: Well DUH, Obamanation ofcourse! Stronghold: Cold-War missle silo/bunker converted into a log-cabin-mansion with airfield. No fakken zombie gona get ME! Inventory: - Peace Zippo lighter- -Hip flask filled with Pendelton whiskey for those cold nights. -The novels World War Z and Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks. -Two cans of Dr.Pepper, because Raptor Jesus hates Pepsi. - One 32oz bottle of lime Gatorade, because Raptor Jesus thinks water sux. - Band-Aid Brand band aids, 'cause they're stuck on me. - One roll of duck tape, because you never know when this miracle of modern science will come in handy. - One Mag-Light flashlight, also serves as additional weapon. - One mega-sized bag of orginal Jack Links beef jerky. - One box of 100% real cheddar cheese Cheez-Its. (for real though, Cheez-Its are the S**T!) Battle Anthem: Reign of Terror by Sabaton. Great roadtrip music.
