What started my zombie fixation: I don't know, but Halo's Flood had something to do with it. Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? depending on the initial location. if it's within 100 miles of my town or the two primary bug out locations, yes. Or if the infection spreads faster than 75 miles a day. Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? i have two primary bug out locations, and seven secondary spots. If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? mini-vans, retrofitted school buses, semi-trucks, and a car ferry Got anyone I want to take with me? any of my family or friends who are near me at the time. How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? CB radio, cell phone (assuming that they work after z-day) , visual markers How am I planning to get food and water? local sources, scavenging, looting, growing/hunting/fishing. What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? AR15, Mossburg 500, whatever i can find. Got a survival philosophy? Avoid big population centers, theme parks, major transport hubs . move fast, quiet, stop only to rest, repair, or scavenge Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? yes. assuming that they are willing to link up. my current bug out plan can support 50 people. And i am also willing to join other groups Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? Odds are, no.
