A swarm is converging upon you and a moderate sized group. You are the only undead-survival conscious person in the group and assume the lead to reason and safety. Some fool of an asshole presumes he will be leader because he's bigger and better than you. Said fool of an asshole is a complete idiot and has the potential to get everyone killed on spot and won't reason surrender status to knowledge. No time to think - kill him or try to manage with his dasterliness?

"Better question, how would you feel if your leader just killed someone that was going to get you killed." Good revision and simplification. I think it would show the rest of the group that you know what you're doing, that you aren't afraid to do what's necessary and that you're willing to do whatever it takes to protect them. Kill one, save many. It's the right thing to do.
