My location: South- Middle Louisiana
Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? In my hometown.
Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? I plan to stay it out, for it provides a good fortification against the zombies. We are surrounded on all sides, a fence and a pond in the front (the pond's island will be used for emergencies), a river in the back, a fence to our left, and a treeline and and a fence further down to the right.
If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? Like I said, I plan to stay put, and only leave when necessary. We live next to many huge grocery stores, so that will be the only time we leave.
Got anyone I want to take with me? My family, neighbors, and friends.
How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? We plan to communicate via radio, but there is a possibility of electricity, so other choices might be internet, radio, and telephone.
How am I planning to get food and water? We plan to go down to the grocery store in an armored vehicle, and we have workshop to fix it up with wooden armor plates, spikes, whatever we need.
What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? My weapon of choice is the .22 semi-auto rifle with a 30 bullet clip. I have tons of ammunition for it, and to reload, i will have multiple cartridges ready. We are on high ground and raised and we are surrounded by a barrier of plants and trees, so I should have time to reload.
Got a survival philosophy? Kill every zombie in sight, or they will kill you.
Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? Yes, i will take anyone. But they must bring their own supplies.
Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? no.

The Defenses:
The house is raised off the ground, and no-one can reach up to touch the windows. The only place zombies can get to are the doors, but we plan to barricade that. The taller windows are the windows on the front porch, but those will be barricaded by the storm shutters. The back of the house has huge windows, but are raised off the ground and surrounded by trees and plants. We also have our garage, which has 3 inch steel doors and two windows, one which will be barricaded by plywood and the other shuttered. We plan to go to the second floor to shoot down at zombies. In case they do break in, we can evacuate to our pond in the front yard, carrying supplies, then cross it and go to the island in the middle.
Transportation:
We have three vehicles for transportation, the GMC Yukon, the Volvo, and a golf cart. We will use plywood and some sheet metal to cover the vehicle, and we will have a good amount of gasoline. We can then drive out and get supplies, or go zombie smashin!
Armory:
We have multiple (non-military) weapons in our armory. We have two .22 rifles, a .243, a .30-06, many shotguns of different gauges, and other rifles.
We also have hammers, drills, screwdrivers, cro-bars, and saws. We have two chainsaws, one long-range, and one close range.
Supplies:
We will have many knives, a tent, sleeping bags, backpacks, flashlights, radios and walkie-talkies, and a first aid kit. We will take any survivor as long as they have supplies for themselves. With the wounded, we shoot them in the head.
