When I started thinking way too much about Zombies:
Ive always thought about them, or it seems that way. Theres something about them. Ive always been very interested in theories about the end of the world. Zombie invasion is my favorite choice. At least we could fight back. Even if it is only for a short time.

What started my zombie fixation:
The first time I saw a zombie movie. The original George A. Romero "Night of the Living Dead" when I was about 6 years old.

Favorite Zombie book:
The one I am writing and is still mostly in my head haha. The rising and city of the dead is good to.

Favorite Zombie movie:
I would have say the original Dawn of the Dead.Everyting Romero does is genius.

Favorite quote in any zombie movie:

My score and score summary on the non-lame zombie survival test:

My Survival Plan. (comment plz)
Ok so heres the plan. If i hear of something happening, ill keep watching the news or whatever i heard it on and check my weapons and my B.O.B. and get in contact with my team. this would be a good time to gas up my truck, but once i hear of something actually happening, im never gonna be unarmed, so ill grab my 45 and go fill my truck and a couple spare tanks(about 10 gallons should do). If its not an immediate emergency i will start packin all the food in my house in boxes or bags so they will be easy and fast to move. ill put all my wepons that i wont be carrying in a bag. Now i will put all my supplies, absolutely everything together in one room so i wont be runnning around trying to find everyhting. I have boards and ply wood to reinforce my house. ill put the supples at each door and window so i can board them up fast. If they are already at my house i would have started boarding them up immeddiately then do all theother things ive listed. but if not, ill wait to board it up. and just watch the news until i know whats goin on and keep in touch with my selected peoplethat are gonna go with me.
If the outbreak is in another country or there are no zombies in my area that anyone knows of. An if i decide to stay instead of run somewhere else, i will start by boarding my windows on the outside first with 3/4 inch plywood and 2 by 4s on all windows as long as i have someone to watch my back cuz there could always be a zombie around or a human thats freaked out and just wants what i have. After the outside is done, time to go on the inside and do the same thing. i have a small house with a total of 7 windows and 2 doors. so they arent bad. I am a mechanic so i have plenty of tools to get any job done. Be sure to use screws. they are way better than nails. Next step is to board up the doors from the inside and move all my supplies to my very small attic. then in an area off toward the corner i would knock a hole in the roof with an axe so i could get on top. im not gonna stay here forever so the hole wont cause any problems with weather and such. And i will be sure to fill everything i can with water cuz who knows when the water will shut down. I will be using a CB radio and a Ham radio if i have found one by then or can find one after the outbreak. I will not be staying at the house long. You cant stay put if you want to survive and my town im currently in is too big and close to a bigger city. Ill try to make contact with passing helicopters or escapees. not everyone will be saved by me. just cant take the risk. But im really not heartless.
If i decide to run when the outbreak happens or after a short stay in my house , the plan is about the same. I gotta load all my gear in the truck and meet the members of my team( I still need a couple members) or have them on their way to meet me at the same time. And we can do one of several things, it all depends on the outbreak situation. no matter what we are sticking to the backroads in our trucks and SUVs( prolly two vehicles total). One route we could take is head down to a river and take a barge or a boat down to the gulf of mexico. I like the idea of staying on a offshore drilling rig or taking a house boat or a larger ship into deeper water. From there we could make our way up north to alaska or farther north if we felt the need. The members of my team are very experienced in different ways, i have a gunsmith and a electrician and im a mechanic myself. we know how to drive and operate a wide variety of vehicles and machinery. we have oilfield experience too. We are woodsman as well, in the sense that we know how to survive easily of the land and water. My other choice would be to head up north immediately. maybe up a river or just driving the very remote back roads. I have the routes planned and maps ready. it just depends on the situation.
