About Me: When I started thinking way too much about zombies: After September 11th when while in the Army we thought we were getting sent to New York or to Afghanistan. Instead we got sent to Arkansas....yes Arkansas, Pine bluff Arkansas to be exact it houses 13% of the United States chemical weapons and there is lots of stories that I learned about while there that I cannot talk about at this time. Classified. What started my zombie fixation: The first time I saw Night of the Living Dead it was the color version not the original but after seeing it I was hooked! Favorite zombie book: Siddhartha....oh wait a minute that book just made me feel like a zombie! Favorite zombie movie: Shaun of the Dead Favorite quote in any zombie movie: "I'm not easy to get along with and I'm sensing you're a bit of a *****." -Tallahassee (Zombieland) "You've got red on you" -Everyone (Shaun of the Dead) "Is Everyone Dead?" "Well Deadish." "Are They Dead or not" "Well in the sense that they fell down, then got up, and started eating each other." -Steve (Dawn of the Dead-remake 2004) "Give me some sugar baby!" and "This is my BOOM stick!" -Ash (Army of Darkness) not exactly a zombie movie but hey the Deadites are pretty damn close! :P My Survival Plan:My “handle” should you look for you on the radio waves or web: pUnKtU8 My location: Modesto, CA Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? anywhere but preferably where I live right now! Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? home at first If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? my motorcycle.....i know it's loud but it's easy to maneuver, it's fast, I can carry actually a lot on it, and I'm in the process of converting it to where it would be the best mode of travel. Got anyone I want to take with me? Family and friends How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? hermit route at first probably for the first year then communicate with whatever is working at the time How am I planning to get food and water? fairly stocked right now but I have a lot of places around me that I have access to loot from; I have a small garden and would set up a rain catch What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? two .40 cal Glock 23's 30 round magazines, I'm ambidextrous with pistols it's how I used to do house raids in Iraq made it easier in small quarters to maneuver and I'm a dead shot....one shot one kill! Got a survival philosophy? If it's slowing you down...get rid of it! Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? yes but only people I know otherwise trust no one unless it's in a situation where I have complete control! Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? an amalgamation of everything stated as well as life experience and a vivid imagination! ;)
