About Me- Zombie Related: What started my zombie fixation: After watching the remake of Dawn Of The Dead Favorite zombie book: Day By Day Armageddon Favorite zombie movie: Either DOTD (remake) or the Resident Evil series Favorite quote in any zombie movie: This is my boomstick! About Me: My Name- Michael My Age- 18 My Occupation- Student, Walmart Employee My Home-Country- Canada Favorite older firearm design- Lee-Enfield, or the SKS Favorite new firearm design- Honestly, I have to say the Tavor TAR-21 (It's non restricted, so that always helps XD) Hobbies- I don't know if they count as hobbies but, hunting, fishing, and some limited trapping, I am a gun nut, I make it a point to study a lot of modern firearms, I have discovered last year that I enjoy winter camping, as a challenge. I also practice archery, and although my bow is a compound, I do prefer classical bows. Ah, forgot to put this, but I practice with throwing knives as well, and have delved into throwing axes (not tomahawks, however I do want to try those) as well, however they will not be a primary weapon choice. My Survival Plan: My “handle” should you look for you on the radio waves or web: Knife13 My location: Lets just say the middle of nowhere, Ontario, Canada. Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere? Anywhere as far as I'm concerned. Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? It depends, currently I'd be leaving my house and going to my BOL, but in a few years I may be living in my current BOL. If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there? It all depends what I have at the time, preferably by truck though, because it allows me to bring as many supplies from home as I can. Got anyone I want to take with me? Some close friends, and some family. How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? I intend to get a radio, however if the Sh*t hits the fan before I manage to procure one I'll have to go hermit. How am I planning to get food and water? Hunting, fishing, trapping and farming, really whatever it takes. As for water, the area I live in is practically surrounded by lakes and rivers, and if we can rig some sort of power system we'll still be able to pump water up from the well. What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that?SKS, modernized with Tapco Intrafuse stock, and Tapco 20 round magazines (of which I currently own 2.). Sig Sauer P226 9mm. Got a survival philosophy? Aim for the head and make every shot count, but if you cant hit the head cripple their legs. Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? Only if they provide skills I have a use for, or if I know I can trust them. Otherwise, they can stay a night for shelter, if they don't mind having their weapons confiscated, but the food for themselves must be provided by themselves (if they absolutely have no food, they may be permited half rations. I am not a monster, and I won't starve them to death, I just don't want to use up any extra that I don't have to.) Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? Not that I'm aware of. _______=//''''''&. |...._____ii-------|=i(((((((( ((((((((((4===::: |_--.-"''''''/- /((_).| .| ............./_/........|_| TAKE THIS RIFLE IF YOU SUPPORT OUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS (For me it's just Gun Rights, I'm Canadian remember) .._...|..__________ __________, , ) ....../ `---___________---- _____|] ...... ...../_==o;;;;;;;;__ _____.:/ .....), ---.(_(__) / ....// (..) ), ---- ...//___// ..//___// Put This On Your Page If You .//___// Support Gun Ownership & Safety As a side note, here is a list of the firearms I might buy in the future, whether or not I buy them depends on if I can afford to.
