When I started thinking way too much about Zombies: After I saw the remake of Dawn of the Dead What started my zombie fixation: About a week after that Favorite Zombie book: Zombie Survival Guide, by Max Brooks Favorite Zombie movie: Dawn of the Dead remake, Resident Evil 2, and Shaun of the Dead Favorite quote in any zombie movie: "Move!"- Kenneth in the Dawn of the Dead remake when he shoots into the dogpile of zombies with his 12-gauge My score and score summary on the non-lame zombie survival test: 79% survivability and 61% kickass ability Languages- English, fluent in American English, need work on British English German- Rudimentary knowledge Spanish- Working on my basic knowledge Plan I plan on buying a rifle, probably .223 or .22 from the gun shop across the sreet from me. Even if I'm at school, it's right down the street. From there, I can get a shoppin cart and take that home so I can pile up all the cans and sauces and such, and from there, I can go to the 7-11 and probably get some more cans. After that, I will have to push the cart about 1 1/2 miles to my grandma's house and turn on the news. I will wait to hear of DEFINITIVE evidence before I start boarding up the windows and such. From there, it depends on the threat outside. There is already a garden at my grandma's house, so I could grow tomatoes and potatoes and potentially trade those. Although there are 7 1/2 million people in the D.C. metropolitan area, I live about 45 minutes drive from both D.C. and Baltimore. This equates to about 1 1/2 to 2 days of Zack walking time. I should be safe from that. What I Can Pick 1 .22 caliber rimfire rifle with scope and 100 extra bullets (retrieved from gun store) 1 crowbar (on my belt)- Lightweight, has multiple uses, and good zombie weapon 1 school backpack (to hold most supplies) 1 pair of sunglasses (to look badass and protect my eyes from the Sun) 4 water bottles (to drink from and/or hold other liquids) 10 cans of soup (To eat) 2 lighters (To start fires, cook things, burn people alive) 1 Swiss Army knife (in my pocket)- (Use as weapon, nail clipper, razor, too many uses to name) 1 rechargeable flashlight (To light up the darkness) 1 first-aid kit (Heal wounds, make sure a paper cut doesn't kill me) Estimated Weight- 20 lbs. Air Force JROTC uniform (Polo-esque shirt, Trousers, dress shoes, Blazer, High-quality leather trench coat)- Not exactly comfortable, cool in the summer, or warm in the winter, but the trench coat will survive bites and is warm in the winter, and the uniform will instantly garner a reaction, usually positive, from most people
