Is my plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere?Anywhere
Will I be staying in my home or headed somewhere else? I live on an island, it is heavily wooded and it would be very easy to fell enough trees to make a hell of a wall. The river is deep and full of fish, and we have a very high water table with very good water so we could bunker down on the island for a while, in the winter though the river is frozen.
If I'm heading out, how do I plan to get there?
Got anyone I want to take with me? Close family would bunker down on the island
How will I communicate with the outside world, or do I plan to go the hermit route? Mainly the Hermit route, no radios yet
How am I planning to get food and water? Water Water EVERYWHERE, abundant Fish and deer, squirrels and rabbits, as many stupid turkeys as anyone could imagine, not to mention millions of cows within 15 minutes drive in any direction.
What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? I have 2 Assault Rifles, a Sig 556 and a S&W M&P 15 with 12000 rounds of ammo (different bullets for different purposes, 55gr ball, 62gr ss109 penetrators, 60gr tap, and 75gr HPBT match, I can reach out to 800yds with the SIG and the optics package I have on it.) I also have about 40 Magazines.

Just added a very nice M1 Carbine, Inland made 1943, all original 15 15rd mags and 2000rds of 110gr S&B Ball.

I have a very good Semi Auto 12ga, an FN SLP MK1, 9 rds no waiting and about 2000 rounds of 12ga, Tap 00 Buck, Olin Mil-Surp 00 Buck, and the cheap walmart federal Birdshot along with some magnum turkey loads

I have a Savage Model 93 in SS with a heavy Barrel in .17 HMR and about 2000 rds of 20gr HP's (my game getter) but I am sure a 20gr Hp going like 2800fps would splat ZED's Melon at about 100yds

My main sidearm is my Glock 20sf in 10mm Auto I have 12 mags for it, Usualy run 165gr Speer Gold Dots loaded to about 1475fps, also some 185gr Ball and a couple boxes of 230gr HCWFNGC's (hard cast wide flat nose gas checked) this is a particularly devastating round

I have 3 .45's 2 Kimber Custom II TLE-II's, a 5' and a 4' and a SA XD.45 10 mags each and about 3000rds of .45, a lot of 230gr ball and Federal HST HP's

I have 2 .40 S&W's, a Glock 23 and a SA XDm .40 with 10-12 mags each and about 3000rds of 165gr ball and Federal HST HP's

I have 2 9mm's a SA XDm 9mm and my H&K P7 PSP 10 mags each and about 3000rds of 9mm, a lot of 124gr ball and Federal +P HST HP's

Last but not least a S&W model 36 snubby in .38 Special and about 500rds of 124gr +P Speer Gold Dots and 500rds of 158gr SJHP

I also have plenty of CLP and all the tools needed to clean/maintain as well as spare parts.

I would most likely carry my M&P15 or M1 Carbine (small size and light weight), Glock 20sf, and H&K P7 or S&W model 36
Got a survival philosophy? At all costs
Am I willing to hook up with other survivors? Sure if they are worth while, I am not a charity though
Is my plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist other survivors may have heard of? Nope
