Got anyone I want to take with me? My family and friends (if they're not infected)

How am I planning to get food and water? I'll take all the food from the basement and go on raids for nonperishable foods when necessary.

What’s my weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that? Probably Molotovs and a bigass knife. Oh, and my mother's lethal-looking gardening tools. :D (thinking realistically about my immediate resources)
