Construction Tools:
-Full set of socket wrenches, regular wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. FULL SET.
-Multiple hammers, multiple hand saws, multiple axes, multiple sledge hammers, multiple crowbars, multiple prybars (In this case, take multiple to mean 3-5)
-2 Air Compressors (One home-sized, one industrial)
-2 Generators
-Over 2000 feet extension cords
-KNOWLEDGE
-Jackhammers
-A wide variety of power tools that will likely become useless, but will be handy destroying things at first outbreak.
