ok, first thing would be to grab the B.O.B.'s (one per family member + one car kit)
next plan is to set up a stronghold/resupply point at the Sams club. using sams club as a main base of operations i would then set up several other secure strongholds in these locations.

having established populated strongholds in these areas and communication between the strongholds I would then establish a personal stronghold (HQ) at Pawn City. once communications were set id take a well equipped party to start getting suitable vehicles (SUV's, Bulldozers, Fuel Tankers ect) with these vehicles i would start an armored supply rout between strongholds. this supply convoy will make it possible for all locations to benefit from each other making each point a well fortified, well supplied mini city increasing the probability of re-taking the city. also setting a network such as this up will allow a maximum number of sniper kills due to the amount of sniper locations and also make for smaller hordes due to spreading.
