woohoo, i fit those requirements AND I live in canada. In any case, I live in B.c, and while our short summer is nice, it will be hard to deal with inter, particularly given how much snow we get up here. If one doesnt mainatin their yard, for instance, you can get the snow piled up to your head. i remember, actually, that happening one winter when i was a kid, and because of a little heat coming in for a couple hours, a thin sheet of ice formed, so we could walk on top. the ice was hard as hell too, and we needed tools if we wanted to break it down. anyway. now imagine these conditions with no maintenance whatsoever, on the roads, or in general. That's what will be happening come z-day, so unless you really know what you're doing, don't come up to Canada.
