My Constitution
Here forth let it be resolved that the _________ of ___________ has been formed as an independent nation in the year of _______.

The __________ of __________ shalt consist of an executive branch of a Presidents, a Congress consisting of 50 persons, and a Judiciary of several courts with a head court of 5 persons.

The President may suggest laws and bills to the Congress and veto laws passed by the Congress and is to be elected by a majority of the popular vote every 4 years and may serve two terms.

The Congress may vote on laws and is to be elected every 4 years and may serve two terms. On laws vetoed by the president a 3/4 majority is required to pass the law.

The head court of the Judiciary is to be appointed by the President and approved by Congress. They serve for life unless removed by 3/4 of the Congress and President.

The federal Government shall have the right to collect a federal flat income tax not greater than 5%, to raise and maintain an army, navy, and air force, to secure the borders of the nation, and Enforce the laws passed by Congress and signed by the President. The government may not provide welfare, or attempt to take one man's wealth and give it to another through any program. The government may only go into debt when a state of emergency is declared by 47 senators and the President. The state of emergency must be renewed every 3 months. Within 5 years all debt must be repaid. The display of religion in government is not infringement of rights to religon

It is the right of all people to carry weapons of the past present or future wherever they go. The right to assemble, worship, and speak or write shall never be infringed. All people have the right to life and maximum freedom. Life begins at conception and all rights to life apply to the unborn.
