NOTE: This is still a work in progress, any specific comments is appreciated.
Your Name: Andy/Andrew
Your "handle" should we look for you on the radio waves or web: My name or Striker
Your location: California
Before the outbreak: I will most likely be the only in my group who is prepared so I would have to help the others out. My house and other's houses will have plenty of food so we will be good on that for awhile. Currently I do not own a specific weapon other than regular supplies around the house. Since I'm too young to actually own a firearm or specific melee weapon, we'll have to collect a few basic ones on the way. I do not know everybody I plan to with me or there families greatly so they might have weapons that most people probably don't even know about. Plus one of my friend's uncles owns a few rifles and shotguns, he even has a .50 cal machine gun (he doesn't live in my area) which he uses for hunting, so he could and his uncle could be of great use. We will go to the closest area that has weapons. EX: hunting stores, pawn shops, army surplus shops, etc.
Beginning of outbreak: Once the outbreak has been confirmed, my family and I will fully pack both our trucks with food, water, and anything that could be used as a weapon. We will contact anybody we can and tell them to meet at the school or stadium. If the chaos isn't too high yet we'll go to a stadium. If the chaos is still low we will have to buy our supplies until then. We will get into the stadium or school by opening the gates and driving in or if it's locked we will have to ram in and force the gate open. Once the chaos is at what is expected we will start looting places. If we are forced out of the school or stadium, by either police, government officials, or by zombie overrun we will go to the nearest neighborhood, barricade around some houses and continue from there.
Overall Plan: During a high level outbreak, I plan to go to the nearest stadium. If we can't get to the stadium we will go to a school; either a middle school or high school. Me and a group of 20 or more will be traveling by pick-up trucks, buses, vans, and anything that has a high capacity for both people and supplies. Once we enter the stadium with all the supplies we took with us, we will barricade the gates in any way we can. The stadium will have plenty of food and water too last us awhile plus we will also have brought food and water. We will be staying in the box seats. At this moment we would have very few weapons, so we will need to get some better ones when we send out for supplies.
We will then go and send out for supplies. Each group has a specific items to get.
Most heavily armed/armored: Food, water, medical supplies, barricade supplies, fuel
Medium armed/armored: Weapons, ammo, barricade supplies, fuel
Lightly armed/armored: Entertainment, things to preserve food and water (coolers, ice, bags, etc.)
Likely current weapons: air rifles, hunting rifles, hunting shotguns, low cal. pistols, knives, clubs/bats, shovels, pipes, crowbars
Preferred weapons:
firearms: semi-auto rifles, assault rifles, semi-auto shotguns, SMGs, pistols 9mm or higher
firearm accessories: suppressors/silencers, scopes, high-capacity clips, flashlights, cameras (maybe), front grips, bipods, better grips, cleaning equipment, laser sights
melee: machetes, knives, bayonets (attacked to firearms), crowbars, spades/shovels
melee accessories: better grips, cleaning equipment
Supply Squads:These squads will include the best of the best of the whole group. Anybody who is physically strong, mentally strong, has a great attitude, etc. will be in these groups. Anybody except: small children, slightly insane people (sane enough to stay in), injured, and any others who would be more of a problem than asset.
Delta Squad: This includes 6 people, including myself. These will be the best of the best of the best. I might not be the best of the best of the best in the group, but I will have the most knowledge of zombies and will be able to lead the squad.
Members: Leader - Me: Knowledge of Zeds, can lead during an outbreak, a decent shot at medium range, pretty good shot at close range
Medic - Unknown: Can heal and revive people during combat, a decent shot
Engineer - Unknown: Can do anything mechanically from hot wiring a car to fixing a radio to making explosives, a decent shot
Sharpshooter(2) - a great shot from short-long range
CQB/CQC(2 including me) - is great in close quarter combat/battle
All of delta squad will be medium-heavily armed (under military standards), can heal injured (Medic expert at this), can do things mechanically (Engineer expert at this), will be strong physically and mentally, will be able to engage in combat from hand-to-hand to CQC to sharpshooting.
Members may have to be trained during outbreak and will remain in Alpha Team until then.
Alpha Team: The standard "soldier" in the supply squads. Alpha Team will be split into squads of 5 or 6. The best of Alpha Team will be taken into Delta Squad. The next best will be Alpha Squad 1. The next best will be Alpha Squad 2. You getting this?
The first things we will get is weapons and ammo since we will most likely be lightly armed. During this time I will send out anybody with decent weapons to go collect fuel. They will be sent out in pick-up trucks and vans. They will bring anything that can carry fuel (such as drums) and fill them up completely. They will also fill up their vehicles and head back. If the pumps still work after that we will keep sending them until the pumps either run out of fuel or stop working. If were in a school, the food would be more scarce so we would send for food and water during this time.
Then we will probably get some armor if we can find any. If we can't find armor the next will be barricading supplies.
Barricading supplies: Locks, chains, hammers, nails, wooden planks, furniture, crowbars
Stair destroying supplies: minor explosives, plows (for any vehicles that can use them), pick-axes, big sledge hammers
NOTE: Not all the stairs will be destroyed. We will destroy enough stairs so no Zeds can climb up. We will also have stepladders, fold-up ladders, dumbwaiters, and will be using elevators to bring up people and supplies. Also the regular elevators will be disabled until they need to be used.
Depending on how many people are in the group, I will either send out another squad or wait for the others to return.
This squad will go get medical supplies. They will get anything from band-aids to any specific medicine other people need. During this time, considering I have another squad ready, another squad will go get more food and water. They will first grab the canned food, bottled drinks (excluding soda and alcoholic drinks), and power bars. If they have enough room for more they can grab anything else they want. However, absolutely no alcoholic drinks may be brought in until that's all that's left in the world.
Afterwards another squad will be sent out to get things to preserve the food and water.
Our food preservers:coolers, ice, plastic bags, can't think of anything else at the moment
Building Entering Tactics:Once a squad approaches a building, they will stop their vehicles and disembark. If it's something like a pick-up truck, they will stand in the trunk. If there's too many zombies in front of it, they will get back in and drive off. If there is none or a medium amount they will first engage them with long range attacks. Then they will approach the building entrance. The vehicles will be parked close enough in order to quickly load supplies and get back quickly.
When entering the building, the squad leader will enter first covering the middle. Then the other CQB experts will enter covering the left and right. Then the Medic will enter in next. The two sharpshooters and either the Engineer will cover anything the might still be behind them.
Once in the building the squad will split up into groups of two. Each group will be responsible for covering a certain area of the building. If the building is rather large, we will hopefully have some walkie talkies and communicate through those. When each group is finished, they will rendezvous back at the entrance where the vehicle(s) were parked. If they have left any useful supplies behind, they will repeat the process until they're vehicle(s) are filled or there is no more useful supplies in the building.
to be continued.......
