Here it is:
A decommissioned WW2 aircraft carrier? What state is it currently in? And it being dismantled? What is the security like? Towing it: it will take 6 or 7 tugs to shift that ******. And tugs normally don't carry enough fuel to make it to Hawaii. Whilst I am an advocate of big plans, I can't back this one because of the logistics. You need to get 7 or 8 tugs, and a fuel carrier for them. If the carrier itself doesn't have engines, you will need even more. Tugs are short range workhorses. They may not survive the haul to Hawaii. Getting that much fuel during a disaster situation will be nigh on impossible. Unless you can knock over a refinery (oil tankers carry crude, not good for use as fuel) you will not be able to move it. Since your plan hinges on getting that thing 2,500 miles, you need to be damn sure how you do it. I suggest quite a bit more research.

If Marshal law was declared, and we tried to leave San Francisco bay in the hornet, then we could possibly be bombed by military aircraft trying to keep the infection contained on the mainland. We could either wait, or leave under the cover of night. I vote we set everything up with the Hornet, attach the tow ropes, etc. and then wait till late night, then we get the hell out of there. What do you think? Or post ideas other than these on this thread.

"He's going to the Cabelas in Reno, Nevada, and from there he and his team are gonna take a helicopter or trucks back to us at the Hornet..."
"We'll form a convoy and take the route I've printed to the USS Hornet, a heavily armored aircraft carrier..." Are you serious? You think your going to steal a heavily armored aircraft carrier, in the event of a zombie attack? And where is your friend going to get a helicopter? "Education: Children will be taught basic math and science, up to an 8th grade level, outside of class they will be taught how to kill infected, how to dismantle, clean, and re-assemble weapons, and anything else they need to be taught." what??? where are you going to get the materials to teach children up to an 8th grade level. Who is going to teach them? i mean a zombie attack might last a while, but it wouldn't last as long as you think it would. You're acting as if this zombie outbreak would last hundreds of years. "Government: A mix of Oligarchy and democracy..." A new goverment? Once again, your plan is totally otherthought. A simple makeshift society would suffice, but a new goverment is just insane. Your plan is way too overthought. I would suggest making a few adjustments such as; Instead of planning on stealing a USS aircraft carrier worth billions, why not steal a yacht and go to a small island? and instead of making an entire new country with a new goverment, why not just make a new society with some of the rules you were talking about? and as for education, you probably wont have too many kids in your new society anyways, and it probly wont last too long either, so i would suggest just teaching them the basics. Not math and science all the way up to an 8th grade level. I hope you make some of these adjustments before z-day should come.
