Gun Laws:All types of firearms are banned from civilians.Even army or police must stashed their guns to armory after a shift/whatever
Resouce:Depending of the island/provinces.For example like if you in Jakarta,the waters are dirty as sin,so fishing is not recommended. Do note that these only happen in the capital (Jakarta) and other major cities.so i think fishing in the "uncorrupted highlands" like Bogor or Palembang are still better than Jakarta.mostly shares some same plants like Rice for example
Law Enforcement:well Indonesia is 40-60,40 stands for good and dedicated to civilians, while the bad,corrupt,thinkers that have a guns=can enslave type cops are 60 (or to take it more extreme 30-70 but i still didn't start the research yet)
Military:the infantry usually armed with SS-1 rifle,and some light tanks like French AMX as main battle tanks aren't suitable for the Indonesian streets... Or so they think.some Su-27 and F-16,the legendary Kopassus and many more
