First some background:
Emerald Downs is horse racing track just off a couple of freeways in Auburn, WashingtonState. It was built fairly recently when the Pacific Northwest's previous racing track, Longacres was torn down. Some pics: (somehow this is the only one i could find of the building and it sucks. next time I'm there I'm taking a pic of the building itself)



now some stuff about it...
It can be secure:
Despite the fact that the bottom floor is open air, the top few have very limited access and can be barricaded quite easily.

It has food:
Oh hell yeah! at least 4 restaurants are in this place, all with a huge output, and they get restocked every week or so, so if you get on the lucky side of a shipment you can feed hundreds of people for a month or 2.

You can escape:
Barns full of some of the fastest horses in the state? Sufficient food to feed them all? Check to both! if you get invaded by the zombies just go and bolt outta there.
