Is your plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere?Anywhere
The second i here of a zombie outbrake ANYWHERE i'll start getting things prepared(BOB, Stocking up on food, weapons, Etc.)
Will you be staying in your home or headed somewhere else?
Depends where i am. But for the most part i'm staying home.
If you're heading out, how do you plan to get there?
Bike, or if the outbrake is just beggining i'll drive.
Got anyone you want to take with you?
Family of course. But my friend Ryan, both our plans kinda intertwine together.
How will you communicate with the outside world, or do you plan to go the hermit route?
Either 2 way radio, wakie talkies, (If they're still up)internet, phone.
How are you planning to get food and water?
Well hopefuly I will have stocked up on food and water but if not foraging and looting would be my best bet.
What's your weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that?
Well if i can't get my hands on any guns then i'll use a machette and a crowbar.

Are you willing to hook up with other survivors?
If i'm on the run i'll accept maybe 1 or 2 other people. But if i have a nice secure stronghold then i'll take in as many people as i can.
Is your plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist we may have heard of?
Well of course The Zombie Survival Guide. But also based on the many movies i've seen, and the many threads and pages i've read from this site!
