What is Bugging In? Simply, it is the part of survival concerned with preparing your common everyday locations for disaster. The idea is to gather everyone together, ride out the worst parts (typically most of the death and destruction happens in the first few days of the Panic) and then assess whether the situation is now under control, or if it is necessary to Bug Out.
