"Bug Out" is a military term that means EVERYTHING in camp must be packed up to move - immediately! In this case, you are leaving - NOW!

What do you do?

How will you live?

What's important to take with you?

DAMN!

This is a guide to bugging out to help you prepare for that day. This section will cover everything from your "bug-out-bag" to survival in the wilderness. We will cover things like survival kits, shelter building, designing your own bug-out-bag and fire building. These will also be practical skills for real life survival situations as they apply here too.

Gunpowder question (+ extra question)

So...i've known about a thing or two about gunpowders.what my question is now is what is the difference between the gunpowder w/ sulfur and another one w/o sulfur ?and who's the "strongest" ?

extra question:about the underbarrel shotgun,i've heard on the internet that the M26 MASS replaced the Masterkey shotgun,is it true ? and if it's true ,then what's the fate of the Masterkey shotgun ?

"It's clear to anybody that using a horse for any reason post shtf would entail risk of big problems.
However, I can imagine a host of situations where I would be willing to take on those risks. The most likely being if violence in my area got too much for me and my family to want to put up with and decided to move to more secluded area. Assuming roads will be blocked due to panic evacuations, cars not working or ran out of fuel, traveling would be an issue.
Moving a family which has children, elderly and a lot of supplies needs some kind of help. If we all just strapped a bag to our backs and tried to walk it we wouldn't get very far very fast. Horses would mean we could go very far.

If you secure the load wrong at best it falls off.
At worst it entangles the animal and injures the horse.
And the horse could panic and trample family members.

If you use it to carry a person who will it be?
It can panic and buck off the rider.

Where in the column of your group will this horse be located.

I've seen professional pack horse outfits loose gear, people get injured, and or the horse getting hurt. I've also seen the pack animal more than once break free and run off.

Now as for riding.
I've seen people that rode horses their whole lives get hurt from a spooked horse.
I've seen horses kick and bite people.
Some like dogs hate guys, gals, or kids.

Horses are great but they have a mind and personalities.
They also get moods.

Do you know the warning signs most horses give off.
And like people and dogs some have different signals or real subtle ones that only knowing the animal will let you see.

What would you do if the horse panics and injures one or more of your family.

I won't even go into how to properly lead, halter, bridle, saddle, or load/pack a horse.

It's not so easy and or safe.
