Attributes: Built like a prison. Heavy iron gates, solid construction,easily defendable stair and classrooms, and if need be, there is a central plaza where food could be grown.


Pros: Large, lots of space, defendable, and across from a community that's raid-able,and down the street is a hardware store.


Cons: Not truly and fully sustainable, but plenty of room for crops.
