(o_O) (O_O) (O_o)June<----"RUN1942 Location:AWAY!"England, Manchester Back story: No one knows how it happened, only that it did. It started with the Nazis. Then our own men. When one was killed they rose again. That was two months ago. Now, the war seemed pointless. Only survival counts now. Few of us remain. The ones that do, we often work together. Only way to kill off what was once us. Rules: Ok, to prevent someone having an all powerful character there will be restrictions on to what can be done. Scientists, technicians, mechanics ect cannot use a gun larger that a pistol (small guns fall under the "pistol" category) or a melee weapon that requires training, swords, spears, battle axes ect. Also they can only have up to "average strength". It goes without saying that you cannot have a Jewish Nazi, but it needs to be stated anyway. Armour will break after a set amount damage. After it breaks it disappears from the game world. Ammo must be properly accounted for. The player must account for his or her ammo. Soldiers of ANY KIND, sniper, foot soldier, pyro (flamethrower totting soldiers) ect. (Specialists, explosives experts, heavy weapon specialists (with he exception of pyro) do not count as soldiers) cannot have any "perks". Doctors can heal other characters or themselves. But they suffer for the same restrictions as other "technical classes" (mechanic ect) You can have up to two other languages (i.e a British soldier speaks English but can also have Russian and Spanish). You are allowed one extra ability regardless of your job. These are not perks. Abilities allowed are: Lock picking Hand to hand (Your choice of martial art) Fast reloading Basic first aid (Some jobs such as doctor or medic start off with advanced first aid.) Hot-wire Motorbike riding Any thing else you can think of. However it requires approval. Time progresses at the rate of 1 real hour = 30 minutes game time. Characters must be between 18-55 years of age. Perks (can have up to two. Free perks do not take up the two slots available. Weapon perks count as two unless stated. Free perks are the only perks soldiers can get.): Gear head: Can build and repair mechanical objects (Mechanics and technicians get this free) Stone fist: When fighting unarmed you count as having a weapon. (Boxers get this free) Grenade launcher (weapon perk): Start off with a grenade launcher and 10 grenades. Spare parts: Starts off with pieces of scrap metal and mechanical parts that can be used to build or repair objects. (Best used with the "gear head" perk) Silencer: Start off with a silencer. Broken missile launcher (Weapon perk, demolitions experts can use two other perks.): Start off with a missile launcher that can be cannibalized or repaired. (Demolitions experts get this for free. Note that a mechanic is required to repair it. Not just the "Gear head" perk.) Weapon training: Can use a chosen melee weapon that requires training regardless of class. (i.e, katana is chosen and you can use that and any other katana type weapons, masume, osufene ect.) Improved stamana: Can perform more physical tasks before needing to rest. (soldiers get this free.) Dead man walking: Immune to zombification. Iron stomach: Can eat food that would normal cause adverse affects. Lead skin: Radiation does not affect you. Tough as nails: You are not affected by pain. (soldiers and boxers get this free) Pack mule: Can carry 20 kilos more. Fencer: Start off with a rapier and training. Note that cumulative training has no effect. Blacksmith: Can maintain and repair swords and metal armour. Add a suggestion of your own. Lootable items will be told be me. (Darth J) You will not be able to leave the 3 mile radius of the centre point. (All characters start within 200 meters of each other) The game ends when it ends. If you die you must make a brand new character to keep playing. Weak characters can carry 20 kilos of stuff but can move fast. Average characters can carry 40 kilos of stuff and are average speed. Strong characters can carry 60 kilos of stuff and are average speed. But can sprint very quickly.
