Having a Particularly huge list, the University Of Delaware has made a nice Database
Currently, the database contains 2,274 species, subspecies, and varieties (taxa), of native (1,577) and non-native (697) vascular plants known to occur in the state of Delaware. The overall flora is represented by 188 native and non-native families and 817 native and non-native genera. In addition, the database lists 17 species of hybrid origin, and 76 non-native taxa that are thought to be invasive in the state, as well as 118 taxa that are potentially invasive (Invasive Watchlist)

Herbivorous Mammals:
White Tail deer,Eastern Cottontail rabbit (possibly other members of genus Sylvilagus), Muskrat, Grey Squirrel, Chipmunk, Groundhog

Carnivorous Mammals:
Red fox, Coyote

Omnivorous, Mammals:
Rats, Mice, Voles, Racoon, Opossum (Virginia)

Avians:
American Bald Eagle, Osprey, Red Tail Hark, Peregrin Flacon, Cooper's Hawk, Turkey Buzzard (Cathartes aura - New World Vulture), Canadian Goose (resident population), Snow Goose (migratory), Mallard duck (resident population and migratory), Crow, Raven, Starling, Robin (American), Blue Jay, Cardinal, Baltimore Oriole, Great Blue Heron, Small Blue Heron, Egret, Seagull, Turkey, Catbird

Delaware is home to many other migratory bird species.

Reptiles:
Black Racer snakes, Corn snake, Water Moccasin snake, Copperhead snake, Box turtle, Painted Slider turtle, Snapping turtle, forest salamander, Garter snake

Piscene:
Sunny, Bass, Carp, Bluegill, Trout, Perch, Crappie, Pickerel, Rockfish, Flounder, Skate, Tiger Shark, Channel catfish, Bluefin, Shad

Delaware has many other species of fish to be found in the Delaware River estuary.

Arthropod and Crustacea:
Horseshoe Crab, Maryland Blue Crab, Crayfish

Feral:
Dog, Cat, Pig, Chicken
