Fort Miles in Lewes.
This old military fortification was used to spot German submarines during WW2. Is a group of underground bunkers and spotter towers. Plenty of wildlife to hunt for food/ bait. The bunkers are very defendable from attack, with very thick concrete walls. The spotting towers are about 60ft tall, and are built in just as deep down. Some downsides are the openness of the area. The surrounding area was turned into a state park, so it is very open.
The Signal: At the largest bunker, 519, knock on the door. You will be asked where you saw the escape plan. Will allow in most people, but ZSDW members have priority access.
Google Cape Henlopen State Park to see and overview of the fort.
