Stocking your BOL very inexpensively, or free!!!!!!!

I just saw this new show on TLC about Extreme couponing (http://tlc.howstuffworks.com/tv/extreme-couponing). The show is about people who maximize their shopping by manipulating coupons, in order to pay as little as possible at the grocery stores. Some of the people were getting up to 95% and more off on their purchases. One guy bought over $2000 worth of foodstuffs for only $214.00! Another got $700 of foodstuffs for free! I was watching this and thinking to myself that this would be a great way to stock a BOL for next to nothing!
