IFB254-Hey guys, I feel like I should post this. So, here goes.

I'm writting a script for a zombie movie entitled "Plague" (yeah, real original). So far, it is set up as a mix of the "Resident Evil" games and "Dawn of the Dead". Right now, I'm at the hospital where the first infected victim was sent, after biting a doctor and a PA State Trooper. Its set in PA because I am a local boy myself. Set in the fictional (as far as I can tell) town of New Mercy, the bio-medical corporation B-M-S, or Baxter-Milton-Stephan, has been testing bio-virus' underneath the town. So, when one of their reasearchers is bitten, it is only natural that soon, the whole city gets infected.

GIVE ME YOUR IDEAS! WE COULD MAKE THE NEXT GREAT ZOMBIE MOVIE!

UnUndead: I always liked the idea of the infection spreading to several hundred people, and the police killing every zombie. Then, the next day, the five hundred or more police officers that were bitten wake up and infect their family, thus starting a second wake of infection, and this time the remaining police are too few to hold the infection in check. From here the situation would spiral downward.

If you want to take a new angle of approach, actually show the outbreak from the very first zombie to social collapse. Most movies I've seen start a good amount of time into the outbreak. In 28 Days Later, Resident Evil 2, Shaun of the Dead, and Dawn of the Dead (Remake), the protagonists wake up in a city overrun by zombies. The original Dawn of the Dead, I am Legend, The Omega Man, The Last Man on Earth, and Day of the Dead (Original) all start a good amount of time into the outbreak. In 28 Weeks Later and the Day of the Dead (so-called Remake), infection gets to the general populace, people run around screaming and shooting eachother for two minutes, and then we switch over to the protagonists. I have not seen a single zombie movie that mapped out the collapse of social order, and I would be very interested to see one.

J/k j/k Just make sure not to put the protagonists in an "easily escapable situation" as Dr.Evil says. Try to make it challening.

IFB254- How about trying to run to a Chinook over a rickety bridge placed hurriedly over a vat of toxic industrial chemicals while the bad guy, who happens to be a jew who betrayed his religion in order to survive the camps, is a super-intelligent zombie that is trying to kill you? That hard enough?

And yes, I'm serious, the bad guy is a jewish nazi. Screw political correctness.

Zbo900: you should throw in some crazy shit like a super zombie, or vampire virus, and maybe a demon or two. seriously, throw in something that wouldn't be in a normal zombie apocalypse, good luck on getting this thing made i look forward to watching it! (but seriously, vampires are awesome, that would be sweet to wrigle them in somehow)

ZombieVirus- My movie would be that a gang gets hold of a biochemical weapon and unleashes it in a major city and create fast zombies
